Если Вы решили приобрести котенка в питомнике "Melati Cat", пожалуйста, внимательно ознакомьтесь с условиями получения котенка:

1) Котенок считается зарезервированным только после внесения депозита - 50%. Депозит НЕ ВОЗВРАЩАЕТСЯ!!!

и считается компенсацией за содержание котенка и потерянные возможности по его продаже.

2) По желанию и за счет Владельца до отправки котенка в дом Владельца Заводчик может пригласить специалистов из лаборатории дом для сдачи анализов котенку на все интересующие Владельца инфекции. Если Владелец не воспользовался этим правом, то претензии по здоровью котенка в дальнейшем не рассматриваются.

3) Заводчик не несет ответственность за утерю качеств животного по вине Владельца или при непредвиденных ситуациях (несчастный случай, последствия перенесенного тяжелого заболевания, несоответствующее содержание, питание и т.д.). Оценка качества производится на момент передачи животного.

4) Мы предпочитаем, чтобы за котенком приезжали лично, поэтому Заводчик не несет ответственности за качество карго-перевозки или доставку с курьером животных и последствия, связанные с перевозкой. Ответственность заканчивается на момент передачи животного в карго или курьеру. 

​

5) Владелец обязуется содержать животное в карантине в течение 14 дней. 

​

6) Владелец обязуется при возникновении любых проблем с животным, которые впоследствии могли бы привести к спорной ситуации между сторонами, в первую очередь информировать Заводчика. 

​

7) При использовании фото животного в качестве любой рекламы обязательно указывается полная кличка животного. Владелец обязуется разместить фото животного с указанием его полной клички с приставкой "Melati Cat" на своем сайте. 

​

8) В случае посещения выставки с животным из питомника "Melati Cat" Владелец обязуется сообщать Заводчику о результатах выставки. 

​

9) Животное передается Владельцу для племенной работы внутри закрытого типа частного питомника исключительно для личного использования. В случае получения племенного кота, не допустимо открывать кота для публичного использования и предоставлять вязки другим кошкам сторонних питомников. Владелец обязуется вязать котом, полученным из питомника "Melati Cat" только кошек непосредственно ему принадлежащих.

10) Владелец обязуется не продавать котят от производителя, полученного в питомнике "Melati Cat" по Сибири ИЛИ в Россию, Украину и Белоруссию ( согласно Условиям передачи прав владения на племенное животное из питомника "Melati Cat" ) для племенной работы. Возможна продажа кастратов ( операцию по кастрации/стерилизации проводит Владелец до передачи котенка новому покупателю ), как домашних любимцев, в любой регион без ограничений.

11) Права на племенную работу являются непередаваемыми !!! Животное с правами племенного использования не может быть продано или подарено третьему лицу с этими же правами. По окончании племенной работы животное, полученное из питомника "Melati Cat" должно быть кастрировано/стерилизовано. Фото кастрации/стерилизации Владелец предоставляет Заводчику.

 

12) Котята предлагаемые в качестве домашних любимцев​​, покидают питомник уже стерилизованными/кастрированными.

All posted photos are property of cattery of the canadian Sphynxes "Melati Cat". Any reproduction, copying or commercial use of these photos should be coordinated in writing with Sphinx cattery "Melati Cat".

If You decide to purchase a kitten "Melati Cat", please carefully read the terms and conditions of receipt of kitten:
​

1) the Kitten is considered reserved only after the Deposit is 50%. The Deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE!!!
and is considered compensation for the content kitten and the lost possibilities on its sale.

2) At the request and expense of the Owner before sending a kitten home Owner, the Breeder can invite experts from laboratory building for testing the kitten are you the Owner of the infection. If the Owner has not exercised that right, the claims on health of a kitten in the further are not considered. 

​

3) Breeder is not responsible for the loss characteristics of the animal through the fault of the Owner or in case of emergency situations (accident, the consequences of serious illness, inappropriate content, food, etc.). Quality assessment is performed at the time of transfer of the animal. 

​

4) We prefer that the kitten came in person, so the Breeder is not responsible for quality cargo-transportation or delivery by courier animals and the consequences connected with transportation. Liability ends at the moment of transfer the animal to the cargo or courier. 

​

5) the Owner shall keep the animal in quarantine for 14 days. 

​

6) the Owner shall if there are any problems with the animal, which subsequently could lead to a disputable situation between the parties, primarily to inform the Breeder. 

​

7) If you use a photo of the animal as any advertising must specify the full nickname of the animal. The owner undertakes to place a photo of the animal with indication of its full nickname with prefix "Melati Cat" on your website. 

​

8) In the case of visiting the exhibition with an animal from cattery "Melati Cat" the Owner undertakes to inform Breeder on results of the exhibition. 

​

9) the Animal is transferred to the Owner for breeding within a closed type private nursery exclusively for personal use. In the case of obtaining a breeding cat, is not allowed to access the cat for public use and to provide mating other cats third-party nurseries. The owner undertakes to knit a cat, obtained from the nursery "Melati Cat" only cats directly owned by him. 

 

10) The owner undertakes to not sell kittens from the manufacturer, obtained in the nursery "Melati Cat" in Siberia OR in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus ( in accordance with the Terms of ownership transfer on pedigree animal from cattery "Melati Cat" ) for breeding. Possible sale of castrated ( an operation on castration/sterilization is conducted by the Owner before the transfer kitty to the new buyer ) as Pets in any region without restrictions.

11) Rights of the breeding work are amazing !!! The animal with the rights of breeding use cannot be sold or donated to a third party with the same rights. Upon termination of breeding work the animal received from cattery "Melati Cat" should be neutered/spayed. Photo castration/sterilization the owner gives the Breeder.
